Travel Day

Today was a travel day. We took the train from Xi'an to Beijing. Professor Liu and I did my thesis jury, and I passed (yay!). The train ride was cool, and I really like seeing the more rural parts of China. We could hear the people behind us talking and pretty sure they were from Australia. It's funny when you people speaking English. It really catches you off guard.

I'd Eat Here Again

We had a REALLY good dinner. All the food was really spicy, but I was loving it. It really cleared up my sinuses. I would say it was our best meal yet. It's cool how restaurants can be tucked away. In Shanghai we ate at this really fancy restaurant that was in a mall, and tonight the restaurant was in a business like building. I would never have thought there was a restaurant.
