Today we traveled to Dubrovnik. It was about a five hour bus ride, but the time flew by because of how beautiful the views were. On one side there were mountains and on the other, there were little beach towns and crystal blue coastlines.

On the way, we stopped at a little town I believe called Stone. It was a cute little town with a small harbor and some salt pans. I tried to read some signs about the salt pans, but I'm still not entirely sure what they did. I think they took sea water and extracted the salt from it.

We reached Dubrovnik in the late afternoon, and first thing we did was head to the beach. Our hotel has a nice little beach right behind it. The water color is unreal. Everywhere we go, it is just beautiful shades of blue. Definitely a little different from New Jersey beaches. The beaches here are also stone instead of sand. I'm not sure if I like it yet. It looks really nice, but it is a little tough on the feet. There is also a blow up obstacle course which was pretty fun to jump off.
